LIT hosts ISTA Regional Senior Science Quiz: Winners CBS Nenagh!

One of the highlights of Science Week was the annual ISTA Senior Science Quiz. This year's quiz was closely contested but the winners were CBS Nenagh, who retained the trophy. The quiz involves higher level leaving certificate topics in physics, chemistry and biology and involves teams of three sixth year students from schools in the region. The top three teams will go to the national final in Dublin at the end of November and we wish them good luck in the final!

LIT heat winners CBS Nenagh went on to win the National Senior Science Quiz final held last Saturday (November 24th) in Trinity College Dublin. Congratulations to the winning team.
