Workshops in Organic Chemistry and Instrumentation for
6th year Leaving Certificate Chemistry students.

The Department of Applied Science in Limerick Institute of Technology has joined forces with the Limerick Clare branch of the Irish Science Teachers Association to offer workshops in Organic Chemistry and Instrumentation for 6th year Leaving Certificate Chemistry students. The workshops will involve a mixture of demonstration and workshops on four areas of the syllabus: Organic Chemistry practicals, syntheses and reactions, thermochemistry and instrumentation.

Date:  Tuesday 3rd of April 2012
Venue: Limerick Institute of Technology
Time: 9.00am sharp

  • This event is for pupils of ISTA members only!

  • 4 sessions, with a limit of 20 students per session, and course notes and lunch included.
  • Receipt of application for this course is on or before the 28th of March 2012. The course can accommodate 80 participants, places will be offered on a first come first served basis.
