Win an Apple iPad 2 and find out more about careers in property, land and construction as a Chartered Surveyor!

SCSI_competition.pngThe Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) has launched an exclusive Facebook application and competition for secondary school leavers to highlight the varied and diverse career opportunities as a Chartered Surveyor in Ireland and internationally.

To be in with a chance to win an Apple iPad students can simply ‘like’ the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland Facebook page and watch a short video clip of recent graduates who have become Chartered Surveyors describing career opportunities in either property or construction. Students can then answer a short question and are entered into the draw to win the Apple iPad 2.

The Society has said that while the property and construction markets are challenging at the moment, they will stablise and for students who have an interest in the sectors and would like a diverse, mobile and exciting career, there are likely to be good opportunities in Ireland and abroad by the time they graduate. Furthermore, with increased statutory regulation in property and construction, employers will require high standards of education and professional accreditation in the future.

To enter the competition simply ‘like’ the SCSI Facebook page
