| Aims and Objectives | | The key aims of research in the Department of Humanities are to provide learners with the ability to plan and execute a primary research project and the capacity to collect, analyse, report and document research results. All learners will gain in-depth knowledge of their specific field of study.

Approach to Research:
| | You will be given research training and work closely with your research supervisor. Research is systematic, working from an analysis and interpretation of existing literature of your chosen topic to the execution of your own research programme and evaluation and report of your outcomes. |
