    What is the programme about?
    This one year full-time Level 7 degree programme provides a unique blend of practical application and theory that immerses the student in Culinary Arts with an emphasis on developing innovative and knowledgeable chefs who are able to excel in a wide range of increasingly dynamic and competitive environments.

    The programme is designed to enable both recent graduates and experienced chefs to maximise their potential both personally and professionally. Students are required to attend LIT from September to February followed by a full-time paid work placement from March to August.

    Who is the programme suited to?
    This add-on programme provides skilled craft graduates required for industry by focusing on the development of a combination of practical food preparation skills and product knowledge, while also emphasising professionalism, personal development and lifelong learning.
