What is the programme about? Property Valuation and Management is a two year higher certificate programme. The aim of the programme is to provide graduates with the knowledge, skills and competencies required to work as auctioneers, estate agents, letting agents, property managers and property services providers. The programme covers residential and commercial property. The programme meets the minimum educational requirements required to work as a property services provider under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011. Who is the programme suited to? The programme is suited to those who want to work as property services providers in the areas of auctioneering, estate agency, letting agency and property management. Top 3 Reasons 1.
