About the Fund

The 1916 Bursary Fund was announced by the Minister for Education and Skills on 30th December, 2017. The 1916 Bursary Fund will commemorate the centenary of 1916 as part of an overall series of measures to encourage participation and success by students from sections of society that are significantly under-represented in higher education.

How to Apply

The LIT 1916 Bursary Application forms will be available online at LIT Access Service, from the 13th May 2019.  Print off and complete the application form and submit along with the supporting documentation, BY POST ONLY, to the address below, on or before Friday 30th August 2019.

The Access Service will not correspond with students who fail to submit all documents required. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
