LIT Online Registration & Payment Instructions

Online payments are for undergraduate, postgraduate and international students.
Please note that in order to successfully complete this process you will need the following:

  • Student Number – (case sensitive CAPITAL K, P or F)
  • PIN Number
  • Debit or Credit Card (MasterCard /VISA Debit-Credit).

1:

You can register online at: https://ssb.ancheim.ie/lit/ or you can go directly to the LIT website (www.lit.ie ) and click on the Blue online registration button.

2:

Click on Student & Staff Login to Secure Area

3:

Enter your Student Number and PIN and choose Login
You will have received your LOGIN Details, User ID and PIN in earlier correspondence from LIT.

4:

Click on Student Services & Financial Aid

5:

Click on Online Registration

Follow the on-screen instructions and please ensure that you read the information on each webpage fully. Once you have all the information menu links completed, choose Confirm Registration.

7:

Once you have confirmed your Registration details, you will then arrive at a SECURE SITE where you can enter your card details in order to make your payment.
Please note, that the Pay Now button requires payment IN FULL.  The Pay Later button will allow part-payments and allows grant holders to register.
If choosing the Pay Later button please ensure you have inputted your SUSI application number where required in the Online registration process.
IMPORTANT: If 50% of your fees are not paid by the 31st of October a *late payment fee of €50 will applyIf your fees are not paid in full by the 15th of January an additional late payment fee of €100 will be applied to your account.
*To avoid late payment penalties, please call in to the Grants & Fees office to set-up an agreed, signed instalment plan.

8:

Once a payment is completed, a Payment Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address you have provided.  This is your receipt for payment.

9:

Students who have made a payment can print a confirmation of registration from the Registration Confirmation page. This can serve as proof of registration.

Grant Holders

As stated above, if you have grant approval choose the Pay Later option once you have completed the registration screens.

Grant Applicants

If you have applied for a grant and are awaiting approval of same, to avoid the aforementioned late payment fees, you can apply to pay your fees in monthly instalments.  
To set up an agreed instalment plan, please call to the Grants and Fees office to fill out the relevant application form.  You can then proceed to pay your fees in monthly instalments online as per the agreed schedule.  Once your grant has been approved, the money will be refunded to you.

Class Materials Fees

If you are an Art & Design, Applied Science, Culinary Arts or Hospitality student you are required to pay a class materials fee.  Please note that this amount has been included in the total amount due.

IMPORTANT: Students with approval for fee sponsorship or maintenance sponsorship remain liable for class materials fees.
