​LIT recently hosted a Southern Region CPD event entitled ‘Conservation and Property, the Challenges’. The speakers included Mr. Kevin Clancy, Punch Consulting Engineers and Mr. Tom Enright, Director of Economic Development and Planning, Limerick City and County Council. The event which was attended by Chartered Surveyors from the Southern Region and students of the Property Valuation and Management degree programme was a great success.
