Limerick School of Art and Design, LIT welcomes all to the launch of Odyssey, the LSAD Graduate Show of 2013. This large-scale show which opens at 3pm on the 1st June 2013 in the beautiful setting of the Limerick School of Art and Design, LIT Clare Street Campus, features the work of final year graduates from painting, sculpture and combined media, printmaking and contemporary practice, fashion, visual communications and ceramics. The show title – Odyssey –represents the epic journey these students have taken over the last four years, as they have moved from initial studies to emerging in their own right as artists and designers.

Students from the Limerick School of Art and Design, LIT have contributed hugely to the cultural life of the city of Limerick, with many exhibitions, interventions and of course the annual fashion show. It is therefore fitting that the show is opened by the newly appointed Artistic Director of Limerick City of Culture 2014, Karl Wallace.

Odyssey, the Limerick School of Art & Design LIT Graduate Show will open in the Limerick School of Art and Design, LIT Clare Street Campus at 3pm on Saturday 1st June. The show will be opened by Karl Wallace, Artistic Director, City of Culture 2014. Odyssey will continue to run from the 2nd – 8th June, closed Bank Holiday Monday 3rd June, and finishing on Saturday 8th June at 4.30pm. Entry is free and visitors are warmly welcomed.
