LIT Outdoor Club go deep “UNDERGROUND”

LIT Outdoor club recently went on an underground walk and crawl through some of the most amazing and biggest caving systems in Europe. These caving systems are located all over the Burren, Co Clare. What are just little holes in the ground to look at, turn into kilometres of intricate and indescribable tunnels filled mind blowing rock formations with running water all the way to the Atlantic Ocean

Probably the best caving event in a few years. On what was a very cold and windy day. But all that Irish weather disappears when you go underground...deep underground!!!

Great fun for Irish and International students crawling through tunnels of rock. Smiling faces say it all.
