LIT Tipperary hosts successful energy week centred around the results and achievements of the EU SERVE Project

From the 1st to the 5th of October LIT Tipperary hosted a successful energy week centred around the results and achievements of the EU SERVE Project. Participants from Ireland, UK, Croatia, Belgium, Denmark, Latvia, Spain, Austria, Norway were involved in a series of workshops, site visits, seminars and conference events. The topics covered included metering of energy consumption, energy training, development of district heating, community wind projects, energy performance contracting and more. The conference was addressed by St John O’Connor from Department of Communications Energy and Natural Resources on the future development of community energy projects might be supported.
