Mandarin Chinese for Beginners
| Aims | This programme is designed to bring a complete beginner to a level where he/she
can perform a variety of basic tasks using the language competently. |
| Entry Requirements | There are no formal entry requirements. This is a programme for beginners who
would like an introduction to the Chinese language and culture. You will cover a
range of topics such as family, hobbies and holidays. |
| Content | Oral Chinese – Structure drills and role-plays of everyday situations Listening Comprehension – Training in understanding materials Cultural Orientation – Chinese Culture & Customs |
