Programme Description
Graduates will have the skills and knowledge to make decisions on the development of real estate, investment in real estate and the management of real estate. These decisions are increasingly complex, involving high levels of professional and technical knowledge, an understanding of how real estate markets operate and how to manage real estate from development feasibility to eventual use. With this Honours Degree, you will be able to diversify into a broad range of activities, including: banking insurance, management & marketing, property development and more.

Construction Technology, Building Systems, Surveying Mathematics, Research and Learning Skills Development, Economics, Law, Land Use & Planning, Real Estate Valuations.
Year 2
Applied Valuations 1, Applied Valuations 2, Building Technology, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Marketing & Management, Real Estate Economics, Planning & Development and Integrated Project.
Year 3 – Work Placement Year
Capstone Project, Professional Competencies, Diary Report, Research Methodology, Management, Dissertation Proposal.
Year 4
Advanced Valuations 1, Advanced Valuations 2, Real Estate Management, Advanced Real Estate Law, Financial Management & Taxation, Dissertation, Electives.
Duration
4 Years including work placement in year 3. Also available part-time over a longer period (ACC S)
