Limerick National City of Culture Scholarships

Closing Date for applications is the 18th December 2013

Limerick has been chosen as the first national City of Culture and through a new and exciting partnership the Limerick Institute of Technology is offering practice-based research Masters commencing in January 2014. The Limerick National City of Culture Scholarships are a unique opportunity to undertake practice-based research in a number of disciplines intrinsic to the benefits of varied cultural experiences. The programme set out as part of the City of Culture will deliver an unparalleled blend of cultural expression and performance in Limerick throughout 2014 and will showcase the huge and diverse cultural capacity of Limerick.

Scholarship Conditions

  • Scholarship includes fees paid for 2 years and a stipend of €500 per month for 18 months
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant discipline
