Individuals need to be open minded at all times and should not be afraid to take risks with their work and be able to view the world in a three-dimensional or physical way.

Traditional Sculptural Techniques

The Sculpture & Combined Media Course at LSAD offers introductory workshops and opportunities in traditional sculptural skills such as Assemblage, Metalworking, Welding, Plaster Work, Mould Making, Life Drawing/Clay Modeling, Wood Working and Object Making.

Contemporary Sculptural Techniques

Contemporary Sculptural art practice today also incorporates the use and understanding of new media, technologies and materials such as: Video, Film, Performance Art, Sound Art, Public Art, Website, CDROM screen based media, installation and medium format B/W photography.
